Episode 230: Heebie Jeebies

Mazolli writes a letter to a friend. He folds it carefully into thirds. He prints his friend’s address on the front of an envelope, then puts the letter inside and raises the envelope to his tongue. You aren’t going to actually lick that thing, are you? asks Terrastina. Mazolli stops. His eyes go wide. Um, he says. Certainly not. He goes to the sink, wets his index finger under the faucet, and applies it to the envelope flap. He seals it shut. There, he says, no tongue involved. Terrastina looks relieved. Thank you, she says. My pleasure, says Mazolli.
