Mazolli shows Terrastina a newspaper article about some cyclists in the city who get together once a month and ride a circular route through downtown. There are thousands of them, says Mazolli. They take over block after block. They stop all other traffic. Terrastina looks at the article. This is so cool, she says. Peddle power. It’s like a people revolution.
