Episode 137: There’s Nothing More Absorbing Than a Good Puzzle

Mazolli borrows a jigsaw puzzle from the library, brings it home, and pours the pieces onto the kitchen table. Terrastina looks at the picture on the box. Penguins, she says. You got a jigsaw puzzle of penguins. It looked like it would be fun, says Mazolli. The twins come over and pick out the four corner pieces, then begin linking up the edge pieces. We like penguins, they say. Yes, says Mazolli. I like penguins too. The four of them work quietly for a while, building up the image. None of them notices that supper time comes and goes.
