Episode 52: First in a Series

Terrastina lays a length of white butcher paper over a culvert cover on the street in front of The Brew. She takes a big chunk of red crayon and covers the paper with concentric arcs. Eventually the paper displays a grid of blocks with a single large word in the center: SEWER. She frames the image and enters the piece in the local annual art show. She has to fill out a release form when she brings it to the gallery. Next to the line that says TITLE, she writes: Urban Petroglyph Number One: Weaving the Web of Water.
