Episode 296: Question Authority

The dryer dings. The twins bolt for the laundry room, pull open the dryer door, and scoop up the soft gray mass from the trap and stuff it into a bag. When we get enough, they tell Terrastina, we’ll build an igloo for our penguin. Terrastina looks at them. They stare back at her. Well, actually, she says, penguins don’t live in or even near igloos. Mom! say the twins, we saw a picture in a book. Penguins need igloos to keep warm. My mistake, says Terrastina. Let me know how your penguin likes the igloo when it’s finished.
