Episode 293: Silver Lining

Terrastina is washing dishes when the glass in her hand breaks and opens a long cut on her palm. Blood pours into the sink. She holds the wound under a stream of water and calls for Mazolli. I’m going to need stitches, she says. He wraps her hand in a clean dish towel and loads the twins into the car and they all drive to the emergency room. While the doc works on Terrastina’s hand, Mazolli walks the twins to the cafeteria. They bring a slice of cake back to Terrastina just as the doc finishes the last stitch.
