Episode 289: The Method
Mazolli answers a casting call for a local production of Lysistrata. He gets the part of the magistrate. Terrastina is puzzled. When did you get interested in theater? she asks. I’m not, says Mazolli. But the play is a benefit for the peace group. They’re raising money to put on workshops that teach alternative methods of conflict resolution. That’s cool, says Terrastina. She leafs through the script. There’s some pretty bawdy language in here, Moz. You sure you want to be saying this stuff in public? It’s not really me, says Mazolli. I’m just an actor. Playing a part.
